Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Items

  Ensure items are in original condition and repacked in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  For large furniture, we will coordinate a carrier pickup; for small parcels, use the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
